As well as over 10 years’ managerial experience, Charlotte, our full-time manager has also previously owned her own business and trained at The London Institute in Window Dressing. Charlotte has a wealth of product knowledge and can help you in choosing your perfect jewellery whether in store or a bespoke piece from our workshop. Charlotte is expert in sourcing beautiful jewellery and watches that are available from our wide selection of stock items.
Laura is our full-time designer jeweller with a First Class BA(Hons) degree in 3D Design, specialising in bespoke handmade jewellery. Design consultations with Laura take place in our 17th Century shop or can be conducted via the internet. Sketches and models of designs are an integral part of the commission process. Laura is also trained in CAD design and is currently undertaking her Gemmological qualification with the GIA.
Following his degree Mark worked for an exclusive bespoke jeweller in Hatton Garden designing and making high end jewellery. Mark joined The Jewellery Workshop in 2000 and is our in-house freelance senior goldsmith. Precise and meticulous in his approach to achieving truly bespoke items. Mark has a passion for realising jewellery that reflects the aspirations of each individual client.
Victoria is a key member of our front of house staff with over 10 years’ experience in retail sales and the jewellery trade. Victoria is also trained in pearl stringing and does many of our on-site repairs and bespoke beaded items.
With over 35 years’ experience in the jewellery trade Lyn is our specialist freelance jeweller. Lyn trained in Hatton Garden at the well-known Sir John Cass College. Her depth of experience is much valued by our customers.
David is a freelance bench jeweller trained in Hatton Garden specialising in a diverse range of fine jewellery repairs and personalised engraving. He has been part of our team since 2002.
Jennie is one of the directors of The Jewellery Workshop and has a key role in overseeing and developing the diverse strands of our growing business. Jennie is especially keen to build the creative team that make The Jewellery Workshop a very unique and special place for new and returning customers. Utilising and recycling family jewellery by reworking the metal and stones is a service that Jennie is particularly proud of.
Jerome has a BA degree in Product Design and is part of the creative design team for David Linley in London. He is one of our directors at The Jewellery Workshop. Jerome develops the artistic vision, branding and e-commerce via our website.
April came to us after completing a BA Jewellery & Accessories degree from Middlesex University. April works as part of our front of house team and has a keen eye for visual merchandising and stock selection.
